GLASS FUSING WORKSHOPS – TERMS & CONDITIONS CANCELLATION
We understand that things can go wrong, and something might occur which prevents you from attending your workshop. If you do cancel your place once paid for, this is what we can offer:
Time before your scheduled place
Cancel 1 month or more before your scheduled date; We will offer an alternative
date of your choice subject to places available.
Cancel less than 1 month before scheduled date; We will make all attempts to fill your place and if we are successful we will offer an alternative specific date to attend. If we are not successful in filling your place we cannot offer a new date but you are of course entitled to pass on your place to someone else.
Alternative date cancellation: if your booking is an alternative date due to you moving your original booking we cannot offer another date.
In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop ourselves, we will offer you a choice of alternative dates. We cannot be held liable for any other costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation (eg accommodation booking).
HEALTH & SAFETY
The glass you will be using will already be cut to size for you, but in a glass workshop environment there is always the possibility of getting glass cuts or picking up small glass splinters.
Some of our shorter workshops are suitable for children aged 12 or over, but they must be accompanied by an adult if under 16
LIABILITY
We will provide a health and safety briefing at the beginning of the workshop. We do have Public Liability insurance but cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury that occurs from not following the health and safety guidance given.
